I would try contacting the author to see if there is an update for CS5.

But info about custom XMP fileinfo panels can be found in the XMP Fileinfo SDK at http://www.adobe.com/devnet/xmp/

Okay thanks for the resources and I sent an email to the author. However if someone wouldn't mind converting it for me it would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure other users here might find it useful as well.
